Social Media Monitoring and ROI forum slides

I'm doing a presentation next week at a conference where I am going to update on our social media customer service (or 'Digital Care' as I call it) story, so I thought I'd share the slides for those who may be interested in them.

  3. What a load of crap, I'm currently in my 4th month of being messed around by your customer services dept.I'll be contacting you shortly via Jim Meadows who yet again has failed to call us back to tell us where the £180 he owes us has got to.
